PhraseFold Checkout Personal-Data Consent

The user hereby freely, of their own will and in their own interest gives Individual Entrepreneur Nikita Igorevich Glukhov, INN 027009336480, OGRNIP 321745600166067, address: 13-381, Geroya Rossii Rodionova E.N. Avenue, Chelyabinsk, Russia (the “Operator”), a separate consent to personal-data processing for placing and fulfilling a PhraseFold purchase.

1. Data

e-mail and an optional messenger handle;
tier, price, currency, order number, PaymentId without card data, payment status and licence identifier;
the revisions of the offer, licence terms, privacy notice and this consent, and the server-side confirmation time;
IP address and the technical checkout details required, the idempotency hash, page/UTM and security logs;
the content of support requests and diagnostic data the user provides.

This consent does not cover advertising mailings and does not permit processing local audio, video, documents or the PhraseFold library merely because of the purchase. Voluntarily sending sensitive source material to support requires a separate clear action and the minimum necessary scope.

2. Purposes

Creating, verifying and recording the order and payment.
Generating, delivering and restoring the licence key.
Sending the mandatory fiscal receipt and order-fulfilment messages.
Technical and customer support, preventing duplicate payments and abuse.
Evidencing the fact and revision of consent, handling refunds or claims and complying with the law.

3. Actions

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, provision and access for the named processors, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction, with or without automation — only to the necessary extent.

4. Recipients and Cross-Border Transfer

Within the purpose, data may be received by: T-Bank, the fiscal-data operator and cash-register provider, hosting and serverless providers, the CRM and e-mail provider, contracted technical processors and state authorities upon a binding request. Order records and e-mails use Google services (Google Apps Script/Sheets/mail delivery) whose infrastructure may be located outside Russia; the user consents to the cross-border transfer of the data to the extent necessary for the purposes above.

5. Term and Withdrawal

The consent runs from the server-recorded time of the separate checkbox until the purposes are achieved or the consent is withdrawn, unless the data must be kept on another legal basis. Withdrawal is sent to gneuro@djbloknote.com from the order’s e-mail. The Operator may verify the requester’s link to the order. Withdrawal does not undo the lawfulness of prior processing and may make the undelivered part of the order or support impossible; accounting and other mandatory records continue to be kept to the required extent.

6. Electronic Confirmation

The consent is given with a separate, unchecked-by-default checkbox next to a link to the full text. The server stores consentRevision: 2026-08-24 and acceptedAt; the checkbox is not merged with the offer, the privacy notice or marketing; the consent does not cover advertising messages.
